PROGGER
Progger makes new, exciting, compelling music built on inspiration as diverse as D'Angelo, Herbie Hancock, Parliament/Funkadelic, and Soundgarden. After two critically and publicly acclaimed independently-released albums and numerous performances with music luminaries like Snarky Puppy and the Funky Knuckles, the group's third studio release, "Scattering," is available April 22 on Ropeadope Records, and extensive North American performances will follow.
NOISE POLICE
Noise Police, a Cincinnati jazz consortium focusing on special performances led by Dominic Marino, will be presenting "Paint the World" by the Chick Corea Elektric Band in it's entirety at 9pm. Then at 10pm we'll welcome our friends from Brooklyn, Ropeadope Records recording artists Progger, to the stage for their mix of smooth beats and shred. This is jazz on the future shock!
