Suck The Honey
Suck the Honey is a two piece rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio. Lucas Frazier (Vox/Guitar) and Jake Grove (Drums) make music that flows from loud, heavy, and abrasive to ambient, dark, and melancholic all while retaining the simplistic and memorable structure of a pop song. The result is music you can sing along to that actually means something. Drawing inspiration from other two piece acts such as Death From Above 1979, The Kills, Local H, The White Stripes, The Black Keys, and Royal Blood, you can expect thick, fuzzy guitar tones and heavy, pounding drums. Where STH does it their own way is in the dynamics within each song, the switch from sad to angry, depressed to destructive. Take a moment to listen to the music, and stay tuned for what's to come.
BROTHER O BROTHER
Brother O' Brother began making music with one major message in mind, love. Love's components, makeup, societal lack, and possible encouraging solutions on how to increase love in this world. Brother O' Brother is trying to participate in this conversation of life by drenching guitars in fuzz, booming drums, and mountains of smoke and light. Brother O' Brother's live performance has been dubbed the best live performance in all of Indianapolis by multiple press outlets. Mix MC5 with early Black Keys and you've got it. Based out of Indianapolis, B.O.B. has toured heavily, received critical acclaim, cranked out 2 full lengths and a Ep, and put out 6 vinyl releases on 3 different labels. With 7 new vinyl releases slated for 2016 on 4 different labels along with mass touring, 2016 looks to be the year of Brother O' Brother.
