INDIGO WILD
Indigo Wild crafts a unique brand of no-coast indie rock – from anthems that evoke the shoes-over-the-phone-line vibes of summer to gripping folk ballads of friends left behind and futures yet to be explored. Songwriters Garet Camella and Michael Norris blend sparkling melodies with powerful washes of open-chord overdrive – a lush landscape of guitars and keyboard. The band’s rhythm section is driven by Jason Winner’s eagerly defiant drumming and Chris Carter’s inventively smooth bass lines. Indigo Wild's latest lineup addition, Varun Ramanujam, adds atmospheric and textural auxiliary keyboards and percussion. Atop this balanced instrumental foundation, all three guitarists also contribute to the band’s secret weapon - soaring and effortlessly decisive three part vocal harmonies.
