The Harlequins are an experimental, psychedelic rock trio hailing from Cincinnati, OH.
Evolving out of the home recordings of singer-songwriter Michael Oliva, the group formed with bassist Alex Stenard and drummer Todd Spice in 2006. They were later joined by drummer Rob Stamler in 2008 cementing the current lineup.
The Harlequins are known for their energetic live performances and experimental light shows incorporating elements of 50's and 60's rock n roll, brit pop, psych, kraut, surf, punk, and garage rock.
The Harlequins have released five albums independently and have been a regular fixture at South by Southwest, Bunbury, and Midpoint Music Festivals. In 2011 they were handpicked by The Black Lips for a feature on Noisey.com.
After touring slowed down following 2013’s ‘Sex Change’, The Harlequins signed to dizzybird records and spent 2015 writing and recording a 12 song LP. The first single ‘Not Yet Dead’ was released October 17th, 2015. The new album “One With You” is due out June 25th, 2016.

JOESPH

Years of writing and recording music in his bedroom left Joey Cook with a sizeable stack of unheard tunes. In 2013 Pierce Geary was called upon to play bass for these songs in a live incarnation. The following February introduced Devyn Glista as the band's second guitar player, but after cycling through a couple drummers (not least of all: Ben Lapps of Public fame) Glista took the throne. As of 2015 JOESPH is a three-piece as Pierce Geary and Devyn Glista agreed to help make a living thing out of Joey Joesph's stitched-together home recordings.
